Konektra Baswara Portibi was born from the shared journey of two women, Cilla and Esther, who combined their experiences, values, and dreams to create a platform that connects Indonesia’s cultural richness with the world. For them, Konektra is not just a business but a mission to empower communities, honor traditions, and inspire progress through collaboration and trust.

Priscilla: A Nurturer of Growth and a Builder of Opportunity

Priscilla grew up in a community where opportunities for women were often limited, and societal expectations placed immense pressure on their roles. Yet, she found strength in the wisdom passed down by her mother and grandparents—lessons in integrity, resilience, the power of education, and the importance of creating opportunities for others to excel. These values became the guiding principles of her life.

With over a decade of experience working across diverse industries, Priscilla has led transformative projects in male-dominated spaces, such as technology, where she collaborated with large, cross-functional teams both nationally and internationally. Her role in building an commission engine to support small businesses in 2018 marked a turning point in her career as she realized that true success lies in helping others thrive. Professionally she always focus on the customers and ensure how they can grow and support their loved ones. She combines analytical precision, creativity, and empathy to foster growth and opportunity.

In 2013, Cilla first start his business and dreamed of creating a business that could make a difference which did not continued in 2014, but it wasn’t until 2023—after stepping away from her leadership role in one of Indonesia’s largest e-commerce companies—that she felt the calling to fully embrace this vision. For Cilla, Konektra is more than a business; it is the fulfillment of a purpose to empower others and carry forward the values that have shaped her life.

Esther: A Voice of Courage and a Catalyst for Change

Esther’s career has been shaped by her unwavering commitment to integrity, accountability, and empathy. With over a decade of professional experience across diverse industries and cultures, she has collaborated with teams from worldwide, earning trust and fostering meaningful partnerships. These experiences taught her that true success is not just about achieving personal or corporate milestones—it is about creating a lasting impact that uplifts others and drives collective progress.

In 2024, driven by her dream to make a difference, Esther stepped out of the corporate world to co-found Konektra. For her, this wasn’t just about starting a business—it was about creating a platform that bridges Indonesia’s cultural treasures with global markets. By combining innovation with heritage and collaboration with trust, she envisions Konektra as a channel for empowering communities and preserving traditions. Her leadership is rooted in inclusivity, ensuring that underrepresented voices are heard and valued, and shared values remain the foundation of every partnership.
